Accommodations Camping is included in the retreat tuition, Camping sites available for up to 30 people maximum so please reserve your spot today. Alternate accommodations are available in the Willow Creek area via airbnb.com, Coho Cottages and China Creek Cabins, not included in the retreat tuition. Attendees are not required to camp on site. Campers need to provide all camping gear necessary including coolers. Simple shower, bathroom& sink on site. Limited electricity and no Wifi. Great chance to unplug and be present! Rafting All gear, life jackets and rafts will be provided. This is a private trip with a professional guide and shuttle service. Attendees are not requited to go on the rafting trip, please let us know if you plan to opt out of that excursion. Meals All food provided is organic & vegetarian. Please let us know if you have a food allergy or restriction. Appetizers will be served at opening circle. A light breakfast will be served in the mornings after yoga class.. A sit down catered dinner will be served Saturday evening. Please plan to pack any additional snacks, beverages & a packed lunch, if you so desire. Riversong Natural Foods and Harmony Cafe are just a few miles from the retreat site an both offer organic lunch options! Filtered drinking water will be available so bring a water bottle! *we found that less is more... at past retreats serving 3 catered sit down meals a day created lots of food waste. Attendees shared that 3 full meals was to much & sit down meal times took up a good portion of the day. So we are trying something new this year! Children & Non participating guests This particular retreat is not recommended for children under 16. Childcare will not be provided and children must be supervised at all times by an adult. All attendees are the same rate wether they plan to participate or not. Pets are not allowed. If you have a registered service animal that needs to come to assist you during the retreat please let us know in advance. Payment & Registration 1. Click on the Contact option above, provide you name, email & cell # to reserve your space at this years summer retreat! 2. We will send a waiter & acceptance form, fill it our & return via email. 3. You will receive a payment request for $289 via Venmo ( simple and easy payment app, that is of no cost to download) ***Once full payment & forms are complete, directions to the site, packing list and all retreat information will be emailed to you. Retreat tuition is non refundable, it can be transferred to another name by 9-12-19 or 50% of the tuition can be applied to a future Oshun Retreat. Private sessions (body work & treatments) *private sessions area an additional fee to be handled directly with the practitioner providing the session/private treatment. Treatments range from $20-100 depending on the service. Massage, cranial Sacral, myofascial release, chakra tuning forks, foot baths and a pop-up cheeky bottoms boutique.
